Senior FP&A Analyst (Financial Controller) - 12 Month Maternity Cover

What you will do

• Modernise and automate financial reporting and planning across Corporate Functions and Technology Finance.
• Drive reporting initiatives using SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• Oversee reporting structures in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring data integrity and consistent standards.
• Analyse financial data and produce management reports and executive presentations.
• Establish standardised frameworks for intercompany transactions and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional finance transformation projects from concept through implementation.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in finance, controlling, FP&A, or a related analytical finance environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and corporate cost structures.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Business, Finance, or Economics qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English language skills required.

Nice to have

• Previous FP&A experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Power BI.
• German language skills.
• Experience supporting finance transformation or automation initiatives.
