Senior Controller (Power BI)

Location: Levice, Slovakia. Hybrid work is available, with home office possible up to 2 days per week and flexible working hours with core time from 9:00 to 15:00.

Salary: From €3,100 gross per month, plus a 13th salary and a 5% annual bonus. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance for a major international legal entity.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, management reporting, variance analysis, and communication of financial drivers and risks.
• Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and medium-term planning in line with Group requirements.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital transparency in collaboration with Treasury.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, data models, reporting automation, and performance analytics.
• Partner with management, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, HR, and business units to improve financial performance and governance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering within an international organization.
• Strong expertise in legal entity controlling, financial planning and analysis, P&L and balance sheet management, cash flow steering, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced Power BI skills are mandatory, including management dashboards, KPI reporting, data modeling, and business performance visualization.
• Experience with ERP, consolidation, planning, and reporting tools such as SAP, IFS, Tagetik, or similar systems.
• Fluent English and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B, industrial, engineering, or project-driven environment.
• German language skills.
