Senior Technical Recruiter (AI/Engineering) - Poland (Remote)

Location: Remote from Poland; occasional early or late meetings may be required to collaborate across multiple time zones.

Salary: 120,000–150,000 PLN annually, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing strategy through offer, close, and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, calibrate talent profiles, and create hiring plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies using active and passive candidate channels, Boolean search, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development.
• Manage multiple requisitions while balancing speed, quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder accountability.
• Use recruiting data, market insights, and funnel metrics to identify risks and improve hiring processes.
• Support structured and inclusive interviews, employer branding, talent acquisition projects, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, technology, product, commercial, or global business roles.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and managing hiring processes.
• Strong sourcing, outreach, talent mapping, and pipeline development capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong organization, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide candidates.
• Experience working in distributed environments and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and candidate relationship management.

• Experience recruiting for SaaS, technology, fitness, payments, product, engineering, data, or AI-enabled businesses.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR and recruiting systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools, sourcing automation, or talent intelligence platforms.
• Experience hiring in Poland or broader European talent markets.
