Senior Technical Recruiter (AI/Engineering)

Location: Remote, based in Poland. Occasional early or late meetings may be required to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Salary: 120,000–150,000 PLN annually, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing strategy through offer, close, and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, talent profiles, and hiring plans.
• Build sourcing strategies, pipelines, and talent maps for active and passive candidates across local, regional, and global markets.
• Manage multiple requisitions while balancing speed, quality, candidate experience, and stakeholder accountability.
• Use recruiting data, market insight, and funnel metrics to identify risks and improve hiring processes.
• Support structured, inclusive interviews, employer branding, talent acquisition projects, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate, technology, product, commercial, or global business roles.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to define requirements, must-have criteria, and hiring processes.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication, follow-through, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and candidate relationship management practices.
• Must be based in Poland and comfortable collaborating across different locations and time zones.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in SaaS, technology, fitness, payments, product, engineering, data, or AI-enabled businesses.
• Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR and recruiting systems.
• Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools, sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience supporting hiring in Poland or broader European talent markets.
• Experience with employer branding, talent events, or recruiting process improvement initiatives.
