Vice President, People & Talent (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Bellevue Office, Sunset Corporate Campus; hybrid work

Salary: $220,300–$300,000 USD annual base salary, plus equity and subsidized benefits

What you will do

• Own global talent acquisition strategy, structured hiring processes, workforce planning, and geographic expansion planning.
• Design compensation philosophy, leveling, salary bands, equity programs, annual merit cycles, and global benefits.
• Build People Operations, compliance, payroll, vendor management, HR technology, and workforce data governance.
• Lead entity strategy, employer-of-record decisions, international employment compliance, global mobility, relocation, and immigration programs.
• Define workspace, onboarding, workplace experience, safety, and culture standards across offices, remote environments, and field deployments.
• Build learning and development, performance management, organizational design, and manager capability programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience running the full People stack, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Workspaces.
• Expertise in global mobility, employer-of-record and entity management, international employment compliance, and compensation design.
• Experience scaling a People function from approximately 250 to 1,000+ employees and building programs, policies, and teams from scratch.
• Experience taking a company through an IPO or another exit and applying that experience to compensation strategy.
• Experience managing international entities and employees, plus workspace strategy, onboarding, and learning and development.
• Strong executive-level business partnership, judgment, and ownership through multiple phases of company growth.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal-facing entities, cleared workforces, hiring, badging, and related compliance.
• Hands-on experience with employer-of-record and local entity arrangements in the UAE, KSA, and Bahrain.
