HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and remote flexibility

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Advise and coach senior leaders and managers on organizational, leadership, and people matters.
• Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle in partnership with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and the People team.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management.
• Coach managers through performance management, employee relations, team dynamics, and performance reviews.
• Lead People workstreams and improve performance management, manager effectiveness, engagement, and compensation programs.
• Use people data, Rippling, and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, reduce manual work, and improve the employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting technical or fast-moving organizations.
• Experience advising senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Strong organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent development skills.
• Experience owning performance and compensation cycles, including calibration and manager enablement.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and employee relations practices.
• Strong communication skills, HRIS experience, and the ability to turn people data into clear recommendations.

• Experience or strong interest in applying AI to performance management, coaching, and manager training.
