Specialist, People Operations

What you will do

• Handle and answer employee questions through the People support system.
• Support colleagues, managers, and the People Operations team with People-related questions and projects.
• Handle questions from authorities and Swedish unemployment insurance and social insurance organizations.
• Process, investigate, and follow up on People-related matters, including employment contracts for riders.
• Manage vacation, sick leave, absence applications, payroll tasks, and other administrative work.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with HR systems and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Swedish required.
• Flexible, responsible, structured, and comfortable handling stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and adapt to new situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in People and Culture, recruitment, administration, or support.
• Experience working in matrix organizations.
