Employee Experience Specialist (HR)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

Salary: SEK 402–549 yearly

What you will do

• Ensure continuity of HR operations and administrative work across four Nordic countries.
• Respond to employee queries and support fundamental employee needs.
• Prepare and maintain standard HR letters, documents, and agreements.
• Collaborate with the payroll vendor on payroll preparation and support local HR business partners.
• Review HR policies and processes to eliminate waste, redundancy, and inconsistencies.
• Propose and implement automation-based solutions for local HR operations.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish
• Experience in a similar operational HR role.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• University degree and knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payroll tasks.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, especially Workday.
