Supply Engineer (Procurement)

Location: Remote from Poland, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Bulgaria, or Turkey; working hours are 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST (NY time zone)

What you will do

• Launch and control production processes by setting up glass orders, checking hardware availability, and ordering custom materials.
• Plan inventory and forecast demand to keep warehouses supplied.
• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, negotiate prices and delivery terms, and monitor order fulfillment.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to prepare material lists and verify dimensions, finishes, and quality requirements.
• Track estimate and document changes and ensure technical documentation and component orders are ready for container arrivals.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, designers, engineers, estimators, and warehouse staff on substitutions, change orders, pricing, and material verification.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and create material lists from specifications.
• Fluent English at C1 level and Russian at C1 level.
• Experience with supplier negotiation and international sourcing.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and procurement systems.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software for reviewing drawings.
• Experience with CRM systems for purchasing and inventory management.
