Pre-Sales and Client Implementation Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design tailored payment products and solutions for prospective and existing B2B clients.
• Translate approved commercial proposals into structured onboarding and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding, account setup, technical integration, sandbox readiness, activation, and post-go-live support.
• Act as the product and solutions expert in client presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage implementation risks, bottlenecks, documentation, handovers, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, client-facing solutions, pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, customer success, or product roles.
• Experience working directly with B2B clients and translating business requirements into practical product or service solutions.
• Experience managing end-to-end client implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, onboarding, technical integration, activation, and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of payment accounts, domestic and cross-border payments, payment rails, FX, APIs, transaction flows, and API-based integrations.
• Experience working in regulated financial services environments with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and technical aptitude skills.
