Data Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Collect, organise, structure, and analyse usage data from customer environments deployed with security solutions.
• Identify customer behaviour trends and produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support internal metrics tracking product adoption and usage.
• Assist with planning, task tracking, timelines, documentation, and status reporting for R&D projects.
• Support testing, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis functions.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work on a hybrid basis from the Cambridge office.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity or enterprise software environments.
• Experience with customer data or usage analytics.
• Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking tools.
