Legal Entity Controller (LEC) - Senior Analyst

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; this role requires on-site work.

What you will do

• Support month-end close and financial reporting for a range of legal entities.
• Prepare management accounts and support statutory financial statements under German GAAP.
• Prepare standalone entity information and disclosures under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Liaise with Product Controllers, Funding Controllers, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and Risk on business and accounting matters.
• Monitor business developments, respond to ad hoc inquiries, and contribute to department-wide initiatives.
• Identify improvements to manual processes, including the adoption of AI tools.

Requirements

• Academic degree in finance or business administration.
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Strong interest in accounting and willingness to develop technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Comfort working with large data sets in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and able to communicate with colleagues across seniority levels.
