Senior Advisory Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, USA. Work model: full-time onsite at hirify.global Headquarters, with travel of up to 50% to customer locations in the assigned region.

What you will do

• Own technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales campaigns as a co-seller with Account Executives.
• Lead customer roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, executive visioning discussions, and deep discovery.
• Scope, design, and deliver custom technical proofs of concept and proofs of value with clear success criteria.
• Analyze enterprise IT landscapes across ERP, CRM, data, workflow, AI, partner solutions, and modern development systems.
• Direct technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, architecture discussions, and functional validation.
• Mentor peers, lead enablement sessions, create reusable technical assets, and communicate customer requirements to Product Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related technical or business field.
• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or enterprise software pre-sales, or 10+ years in client-facing professional services or technical consulting with significant enterprise sales involvement.
• Recent hands-on programming experience or technical fluency with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++, plus SQL, HTML, and XML proficiency.
• Strong communication, influencing, discovery, requirements analysis, executive presentation, and C-level engagement skills.
• Must work full-time onsite at the McLean headquarters and be willing to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Federal or public sector sales experience involving application development platforms, AI-enabled automation, or case management.
• Experience creating reusable demos, technical assets, enablement content, or industry points of view.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
