Member of Biz Ops & Strategy (AI)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area; willing to relocate full-time. Office attendance required 4 days per week.

Salary: $175,000–$220,000 USD annually, plus benefits, potential equity, and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and teams across product, engineering, delivery, go-to-market, and executive functions.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks affecting continued company growth.
• Embed with business areas, understand their domains, and deliver early wins that build momentum and trust.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1 and implement step-function operational improvements.
• Build models, run operations, perform hands-on work, drive alignment, and establish scalable processes.
• Rotate across projects while supporting teammates’ growth and development.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant work experience, ideally including management consulting, investment banking, private equity, and high-growth startup-like environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver distinctive, high-quality outcomes and contribute positively to company culture.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL, Python, and AI fluency are valuable additions.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and bias toward action.
• Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate full-time, with availability to work from the office 4 days per week.
