Warehousing Procurement Manager (MedTech)

Location: Zug, Switzerland; job posting locations also include Diegem, Belgium.

Annual base salary reference for candidates hired in Belgium: EUR 79,800–159,600.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end sourcing events and RFPs for external warehousing services.
• Lead negotiations, contract implementation, and compliance with procurement policies.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance on requirements, scope, pricing, and governance.
• Manage supplier performance through KPI tracking, issue resolution, and quarterly or monthly business reviews.
• Deliver cost improvement projects and maintain sourcing pipeline, reporting, and timeline visibility.
• Monitor supplier markets, identify risks and capacity gaps, and drive logistics service improvements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least six years of relevant experience in logistics, procurement, or sourcing.
• Thorough understanding of warehousing and transportation operations and logistics service providers.
• Experience managing complex warehousing contracts with labor-based, activity-based, fixed or variable, and productivity-linked pricing models.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, cost drivers, labor planning, productivity, storage utilization, inventory handling, and value-added services.
• Advanced financial modeling, should-cost analysis, Excel, sourcing tools, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the healthcare and/or logistics industry.
• Experience with category management strategy, spend analysis, risk management, supplier collaboration, and process improvement.
