Program Buyer (Manufacturing)

Location: Debrecen, Hungary. The role is based at the hirify.global Hungary production site; flexible working hours and possible home working depend on the position.

hirify.global develops and manufactures environmental and flow sensors for automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics applications.

What you will do

• Coordinate project procurement activities throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Manage supplier selection, tendering processes, and price negotiations.
• Support on-time project delivery through effective procurement risk management.
• Represent procurement processes during customer and internal audits.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and global and local procurement teams.
• Interact daily with suppliers and international stakeholders to optimize costs and operational processes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with tendering and contract handling.
• Fluent English and Hungarian required.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• German language skills.
