Operations & Projects Coordinator (MedTech)

Location: La Louviere, Hainaut, Belgium

Base pay: €72,500–€115,230 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate daily distribution operations and priorities with the logistics operations partner.
• Identify, assess, escalate, and help resolve operational issues while maintaining business continuity.
• Connect operations, quality, IT, engineering, facilities, maintenance, supply chain, contractors, and external service providers.
• Coordinate infrastructure, utilities, equipment, maintenance, contractor approvals, and planned site activities.
• Support operational excellence, process improvement, reporting, and performance monitoring initiatives.
• Develop processes, procedures, and operational best practices while promoting safety, quality, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated operations.
• Understanding of operational and distribution processes, with basic knowledge of equipment, facilities, utilities, and maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority and manage shifting priorities in a complex operational environment.
• French and English are required.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Experience with external vendors, contractors, or service providers.
• Project coordination, continuous improvement, distribution operations, or pharmaceutical operations experience.
