Location: Hybrid role in Baden, Aargau, Switzerland

What you will do
- Own end-to-end procurement execution for complex projects involving global suppliers.
- Lead supplier kick-offs, align expectations, and coordinate procurement deliverables with project management, engineering, quality, logistics, and suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance, schedules, quality, risks, critical deliveries, and project milestones.
- Manage contractual changes, variations, claims, back charges, and agreed corrective actions.
- Oversee supplier documentation, approvals, procurement reporting, purchase order closeout, warranties, and final deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in project procurement, supply chain management, or contract management in an international industrial environment.
- Experience executing complex, multidisciplinary projects involving engineered equipment and global suppliers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Baden, Switzerland setup and fulfill local employment requirements and processes.
