What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for the primary packaging category.
• Lead sourcing strategies, negotiations, contract implementation, cost analysis, risk mitigation, and category value creation.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, senior supplier negotiations, collaborative initiatives, and contract performance.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain and the Technical Community.
• Influence supplier selection for new product development and new product introduction programs.
• Prioritize procurement initiatives and report progress to Global Procurement Leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s, university, or equivalent degree required; an MBA or equivalent master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong procurement background with expertise in supplier management, category management, market analysis, procurement excellence, contracting, and negotiations.
• Strong experience in primary packaging is preferred, along with an understanding of regulatory, legal, compliance, and commercial requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, communication, influencing, collaboration, project management, and change management capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-country or multi-sector initiatives.

• Advanced degree, MBA, or equivalent master’s qualification.
• Experience across geographies, business sizes, and multiple sectors.
• Experience with sustainable procurement, spend analysis, vendor selection, business data analysis, and performance measurement.
