GDCL International Hubs Director (Supply Chain)

Location: Flexible - EMEA, with listed locations in Leeds, United Kingdom; Diegem, Belgium; Selzach and Zuchwil, Switzerland; and Warsaw, Poland.

What you will do

• Lead the strategic and operational performance of international distribution hubs, including Selzach, the future European distribution centre, and future regional hubs.
• Manage service, quality, safety, compliance, financial, productivity, and cost performance across hub operations.
• Establish governance processes, performance frameworks, operational reviews, and standardized distribution centre practices.
• Manage third-party logistics providers, contractual obligations, service levels, and continuous improvement commitments.
• Optimize distribution network performance, inventory flow, capacity utilization, customer service, and operating budgets.
• Support network design, hub transitions, business continuity, risk management, and future-state supply chain strategies while leading geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant leadership experience in international distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Extensive distribution centre leadership experience, including people leadership and change management.
• Experience managing complex distribution centre operations, third-party logistics providers, and multi-site international operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including operational budget management and cost improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality, compliance, regulatory, and EHS requirements in distribution and logistics operations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting network transformation, facility transitions, or supply chain redesign initiatives.
• Experience with demand forecasting, distribution resource planning, inventory optimization, order management, and tactical planning.
