Senior Consulting Manager (Payments)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with office attendance three set days per week, Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements and contribute to closing new client opportunities.
• Manage strategic planning discussions and develop a pipeline of analytical work.
• Build analytical frameworks, data-led strategies, scalable solutions, toolkits, and consulting methodologies.
• Partner with marketing, product, risk, innovation, and regional teams to deliver client projects.
• Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, growth, and return on investment.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and project delivery while coaching and training teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking operations or payment schemes, including products, services, business systems, processes, and marketing initiatives.
• Experience in payments business areas such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, or risk management across credit and debit cards.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated intellectual rigor.
• Excellent client relationship management, communication, presentation, and trusted-advisor skills.
• Leadership, managerial, and collaboration capabilities in matrixed organizations.
• Payments and consulting experience is preferred.
