What you will do

• Support the usability, uptime, and accuracy of the o9 platform by resolving customer issues, validating data loads, and testing end-to-end workflows.
• Identify design issues and coordinate with other consultants to resolve business and supply chain planning problems.
• Manage platform-level upgrades, patches, and hotfixes as a central point of contact.
• Configure the platform for post-go-live change requests and enhancements.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, track bugs, and monitor issue resolution.
• Support training for super users and end users and communicate customer feedback to development and operations teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise planning applications.
• Knowledge and training in databases such as SQL Server or MySQL; experience with SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages is desirable.
• Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
• Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Business-level English and native-level Japanese are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, teamwork, and customer-management skills.

Nice to have

• Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using R, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
