Solution Consultant (Financial Consolidation)

What you will do

• Lead the pre-sales go-to-market strategy for Financial Consolidation across EMEA.
• Own strategic pre-sales engagements for high-value accounts with complex consolidation needs.
• Deliver tailored presentations and demos covering financial consolidation, reporting, intercompany eliminations, compliance, and FP&A.
• Provide technical and functional expertise across IFRS, GAAP, multi-entity reporting, cash flow reporting, and audit requirements.
• Maintain demo scripts, video assets, and Interactive Product Tours with the Solutions Innovation Center.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and the broader Solution Consulting team on solution improvements, enablement, webinars, whitepapers, and industry insights.

Requirements

• Strong finance and accounting background, including experience as a consolidation accountant, financial controller, or auditor.
• Hands-on experience with statutory and management consolidation and financial consolidation tools such as Oracle HFM, Oracle FCCS, SAP Financial Consolidation, SAP Group Reporting, BPC, OneStream, Fluence, or Tagetik.
• Experience in pre-sales, Solution Consulting, SaaS/software, or finance transformation with a record of engaging finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of legal and management consolidation, intercompany eliminations, IFRS/local GAAP compliance, non-financial reporting, CSRD, Pillar 2 tax reporting, and audit requirements.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; DSCG, DEC, or UK equivalent preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience with EPM, Close Management, or Disclosure Management solutions.
• DSCG, DEC, or an equivalent UK qualification.
