Contracts Manager (IT)

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland; work from the customer's Dublin office 3 times per week

What you will do

• Manage the governance and lifecycle of technology-related contracts covering cloud services, software licensing, infrastructure, and outsourced IT services.
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms, including pricing, renewals, service credits, warranties, termination provisions, and change controls.
• Partner with Legal, Cyber, Privacy, Risk, Procurement, and IT stakeholders on contract terms, supplier due diligence, sourcing events, statements of work, and purchase documents.
• Manage renewal calendars, supplier performance, SLAs and KPIs, contract compliance, disputes, spend, commitments, and savings opportunities.
• Maintain accurate contract records, metadata, obligations, version control, and audit readiness.
• Develop contract templates, playbooks, checklists, and processes; advise stakeholders and deliver training on contracting best practices.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification in Business, Law, Procurement, Finance, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience in IT contract management, vendor management, procurement, or commercial management across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecoms, or managed services.
• Experience supporting or leading contract negotiations, renewals, and change controls.
• Working knowledge of MSA/SOW structures, SLAs, indemnities, confidentiality, audit rights, and termination or exit provisions.
• Ability to translate complex contract terms into clear guidance for non-specialists and manage multiple concurrent renewals and governance tasks.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills.
