Procurement Manager - Networks

Location: Dublin, Ireland — hybrid working from offices at Grand Canal Plaza

What you will do

• Develop and deliver network category strategies, savings pipelines, and sourcing plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including complex commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements.
• Manage category spend, supplier performance, commercial risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and strategic suppliers.
• Implement procurement policies, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business objectives and transformation programmes through effective procurement business partnering.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading strategic procurement and sourcing activities.
• Strong software procurement experience, including complex licensing models, commercial structures, and supplier dynamics.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evolving category strategies.
• Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and manage contractual terms.
• Ability to deliver cost efficiencies, manage risk, and optimise total cost of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience engaging and influencing directors and senior management in a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong communication, presentation, commercial judgement, and decision-making skills.
