Procurement Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Cork, Ireland; hybrid attendance in the Cork office two days per week

Salary: €40,000–€50,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition reviews, vendor sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and business stakeholders to ensure timely purchase order creation, approval, and invoice processing.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, service-level agreements, renewal provisions, and commercial commitments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve procurement efficiency, and track savings, spend analysis, and procurement cycle times.
• Manage supplier relationships, contract renewals, renegotiations, onboarding documentation, and vendor performance.
• Ensure vendors and procurement activities meet security, compliance, regulatory, policy, and internal-control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Experience with supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, procurement processes, contract management, and purchasing controls.
• Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, negotiation, and influencing skills, with high ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.
