SAP Integration Consultant (SAP)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support SAP integrations with external HR platforms.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build ABAP-based integration components and data transformation logic.
• Configure and troubleshoot web services, APIs, middleware connections, and authentication methods.
• Support Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/ECP, employee data, organizational management, and payroll integration scenarios.
• Participate in customer workshops, testing, go-live support, hypercare, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of SAP integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with object-oriented ABAP, interface development, data transformations, web service consumption, and SAP integration frameworks.
• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workday, HRIS concepts, and HR data replication.
• Experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middleware, SOAP, REST, APIs, and SAP communication frameworks.
• Advanced English is required.
• SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, ABAP, or Workday certifications are highly recommended.
