Senior Dayforce Talent Consultant (Dayforce)

What you will do

• Lead Talent workstreams throughout the Dayforce implementation lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Run client workshops and translate business needs into practical Dayforce Talent solutions.
• Configure and optimize functionality across Recruiting, Performance Management, Goals, Learning, Career & Development, and Succession.
• Support testing, data migration, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Provide functional guidance, product demonstrations, training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and functional teams while supporting post-go-live improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Dayforce, focused on Talent.
• Strong experience in at least two Talent areas, such as Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Goals, Career, or Succession.
• Experience delivering client-facing HCM implementations or consulting projects.
• Strong understanding of HR and Talent processes, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, collaborative approach and confidence managing client relationships.

Nice to have

• Dayforce certification.
• Experience with UK/EMEA HR practices, integrations, or data migration.
