ServiceNow Developer (ITSM/GRC/SecOps)

What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable ServiceNow applications and module extensions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Audit, Risk Assessment, and Threat Response workflows.
• Design secure integrations with SIEM, IAM, ERP, and cloud platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and event-based messaging.
• Engineer workflow and process automation for governance, security operations, and IT service delivery.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, inefficient queries, and script execution issues through root cause analysis.
• Implement security controls, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, and audit-ready development practices.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery managers, compliance officers, and business stakeholders on resilient technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with significant focus on ITSM modules.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring GRC and/or SecOps modules.
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow server- and client-side programming skills, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, REST Message APIs, and Flow Designer.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow instance management, update set governance, CI/CD pipelines, scoped applications, upgrade-safe development, ITIL, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist – Custom Applications certifications.
• Fluent written and spoken English; a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
