E-invoicing & EDI Integration Engineer (English and German/French/Italian)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and technically implement e-invoicing and EDI projects on the cloud platform.
• Act as the interface between customers, their ERP systems, and the SaaS platform.
• Onboard new customers after the Sales handover and independently progress integration projects.
• Coordinate e-invoicing and EDI mappings with the document engineering team.
• Support customers as a technical sparring partner and resolve integration issues.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and processes to improve project delivery.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI.
• Experience integrating ERP import and export interfaces based on XML, CSV, and IDocs.
• Experience with EDI onboarding, EDI service providers, and Value Added Networks.
• Knowledge of national e-invoicing mandates and formats including XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and VDA.
• Knowledge of EDI protocols such as AS2, OFTP2, and PEPPOL, plus project management, supply chain management, or logistics experience.
• Excellent English and proficiency in German, French, or Italian are required for the role. Strong organisation and independent working skills are also expected.
