What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and implement e-invoicing and EDI projects on the cloud platform
• Communicate with partner companies, customers, and suppliers worldwide
• Act as interface between customers' ERP systems and SaaS platform
• Onboard new customers and progress integration projects independently
• Serve as sparring partner for customers and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate mappings with document engineering team

Requirements

• Excellent communication in English and French/German/Italian/Chinese
• Several years of experience in e-invoicing and/or EDI
• Experience integrating ERP import/export interfaces (XML, CSV, IDocs)
• Experience with EDI onboardings, service providers, and VANs
• Knowledge of global e-invoicing mandates
• In-depth knowledge of EDI formats (XML, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA) and protocols (AS2, OFTP2, PEPPOL)
• Know-how in project management, supply chain, or logistics
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
