Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI

What you will do

• Develop project plans, operational workflows, and enablement materials for efficient delivery.
• Maintain high-quality, diverse participant pools aligned with customer requirements.
• Implement verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers.
• Optimise participant onboarding, activation, retention, and task performance.
• Monitor engagement and quality metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with product, data, science, customer success, and delivery teams to turn manual processes into scalable technology-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in human data operations, product or data operations, participant recruitment, or marketplace and platform environments.
• Strong project management, operational execution, process optimisation, and documentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with operational tools and systems such as Zapier and HubSpot.
• Confidence working with data analysis and operational metrics.
• Experience supporting AI or machine learning lifecycle projects, including data labelling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation.
