Partner Operations & AI Automation Manager

Location: Remote - Costa Rica

What you will do

• Map, document, and improve partner-facing and internal operations processes, measuring efficiency, margin, cost, and partner satisfaction.
• Design, build, deploy, and iterate AI agents and automated workflows for high-impact partner operations tasks.
• Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce, Jira, the Partner Portal, Crossbeam, and related systems.
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards, manage workflow logic, reconcile cross-system data, and produce actionable business insights.
• Lead planning and execution for the Partner Portal rebuild, AI and automation rollouts, and partner program enhancements.
• Coordinate with Channel, Salesforce, and Engineering teams while managing partner requests and communications.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflows.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflow rules, data objects, and cross-system reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multi-step tasks accurately, work independently with unstructured data, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems management, sales operations, process improvement, or partner management.
• Proficiency in Jira for project and issue tracking, workflow configuration, and cross-team coordination.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Drupal or Drupal PaaS, especially for Partner Portal scoping and implementation.
• Experience with enterprise BI and reporting software such as Domo.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite.
