Program Associate/Manager (Physical AI)

What you will do

• Run the annual Physical & Industrial AI Program in Linz and manage relationships with participating startups.
• Conduct intake and exit interviews, track startup progress, collect feedback, and prepare program and startup reports.
• Build relationships with mentors, strategic partners, venture capital firms, corporations, universities, incubators, investors, and public institutions.
• Organize events, workshops, mentorship sessions, office hours, networking activities, and community events, including venue, speaker, registration, travel, and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate newsletters, social media updates, flyers, and other marketing materials with the marketing team.
• Help build the new Linz office and use AI tools for project management, logistics, vendor tracking, and marketing support.

Requirements

• Strong operational, organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in technology, innovation, startups, and Physical & Industrial AI.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with startups, corporate partners, mentors, investors, media contacts, and local ecosystem stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate and host virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
• Reliable teamwork and readiness to work as a hands-on all-rounder in a new office.
