What you will do

• Develop, align, and monitor hirify.global’s Strategic Priorities and Roadmap.
• Orchestrate long-term strategic plans across divisions and functions, including the 10-year strategic plan.
• Lead and execute high-priority strategic transformation projects, such as partner integrations and operating model evolution.
• Provide strategic analysis and benchmarks (P&L, financial indicators) to support Executive Leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with Asset Team Leads and BD teams to integrate strategic thinking into functional agendas.
• Drive the cultural transformation of the organization into a leading global Biotech focused on innovation.

Requirements

• PhD, Business school, PharmD, MD, or similar relevant degree.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in life sciences and/or strategy consulting.
• Deep knowledge of the healthcare environment, including drug development, regulatory processes, and market access.
• Proven experience in people management and coaching team members.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris (Hybrid).
