Strategy And Transformation Director (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Support the Executive Leadership Team in defining, aligning, and monitoring group strategy and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate the 10-year strategic plan and Long Range Plan with Finance, including modelling, risk escalation, and financial analysis.
• Lead and support strategic and transformation projects across functions, business areas, geographies, and therapeutic areas.
• Design project governance, align stakeholders, manage deadlines, and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Develop strategic analyses, benchmarks, and KPI assessments for Asset Team Leads, Business Development teams, and other high-stakes initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional colleagues, and third-party strategy and management consultants.

Requirements

• PhD, business school, PharmD, MD, or a similar relevant degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in life sciences and/or strategy consulting.
• Consulting experience and knowledge of the healthcare environment, including drug development, regulatory processes, commercial, medical, and market access dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to scope, develop, and manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing, coaching, and upskilling people.
