Global Talent Management Program Manager (HR)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home. Working hours: 09:00–17:30.

Salary: €2,700–€3,900 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead talent programs such as LinkedIn Learning and manufacturing training from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate performance management, leadership and engineering development, culture and values workshops, DEI&I initiatives, commercial excellence development, and Workday Learning administration.
• Create communications, training materials, implementation guidance, and transition support for HR teams, managers, employees, and facilitators.
• Facilitate training programs and informational sessions with internal and external experts.
• Analyze HR data, program insights, and stakeholder feedback to identify needs and improve talent programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in talent management, leadership development, learning, organizational development, or performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong program and project management skills, including stakeholder coordination, timeline and risk management, and delivery across matrixed teams.
• Clear communication skills and experience creating written materials, presentations, facilitation content, and stakeholder updates.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across global, regional, and local teams.
• Analytical, customer-focused, and continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, digital learning, HR technology, external learning providers, or multi-site and global program delivery.
