Talent Acquisition Intern (International Recruitment)

Location: El Masnou (Barcelona), Spain; onsite at the company site

Company

Global pharmaceutical CDMO operating across 16 sites and three continents, supporting the development and manufacturing of APIs and finished dosage forms.

What you will do

• Support and lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and functions.
• Publish and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the selection process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• Maintain ATS records and support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and current enrollment in a master's degree in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, resilience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for a one-year internship agreement is preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• German language skills.
