Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: On-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and selection coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job analysis, job descriptions, and recruitment strategy.
• Maintain candidate databases and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct exit interviews and support onboarding and employee integration.
• Represent the company at career fairs and university job presentations.
• Identify future hiring needs and prepare analytical reports for the team and management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to conduct on-site and online interviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level and availability to work on-site in Cluj-Napoca are required.
