Technical Trainer/Solution Architect (HVACR/CO2) - Australia/New Zealand

Location: Remote Australia; support for customers outside Australia/New Zealand may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for end users, wholesalers, contractors, and branch staff.
• Create and maintain presentations, handouts, technical documentation, and other training materials.
• Administer on-site training sessions with wholesaler staff and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
• Analyze customer requirements and design tailored air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and cold chain system architectures, including CO2 solutions.
• Create technical specifications, solution designs, proposals, ROI analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct technical discovery, support solution selling, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and participate in industry events and account planning.

Requirements

• University degree in refrigeration, HVAC, electronic control systems, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of cold chain systems, compressors, freon and CO2 solutions, variable- and fixed-speed systems, electrical systems, inverter drives, controllers, PLC programming, and field troubleshooting.
• Valid driver licence and strong computer, Microsoft Office, email, Windows, and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Australia is required; visa sponsorship will not be provided.
