Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding)

Location: Remote in Australia; based in or associated with North Ryde, New South Wales. Travel may include up to 50% domestic travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in Australia without employment visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on hirify.global 360 Encompass and associated revenue cycle products.
• Deliver live classroom and web-based training and contribute to asynchronous learning materials.
• Apply blended learning and adult learning concepts to customer training.
• Participate in project implementations before and after go-live with key stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentor, and contributor to implementation, support, documentation, and instructional design teams.
• Follow professional, quality, corporate, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of health information management or clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix.
• Relevant health information management and clinical coding qualifications.
• Eligible for full membership in the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Knowledge of electronic medical record workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training.
• Ability to manage multiple project streams and teams, work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a clinical documentation specialist.
• Healthcare training experience.
• La Trobe University Auditing Course qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Previous auditing, coding training, and education experience.
• Experience with hirify.global 360 Encompass.
