Solutions Trainer - CDI/Coding (Healthcare IT)

TL;DR

Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding): Facilitating training for hirify.global HIS software customers with an accent on clinical coding and Revenue Cycle products. Focus on delivering blended learning sessions, participating in project implementations, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for EMR workflows.

Location: Remote (Australia); travel may include up to 50% domestic.

What you will do

• Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on hirify.global 360 Encompass and associated Revenue Cycle products.
• Deliver live classroom and web-based training, as well as contribute to asynchronous learning content.
• Participate in project implementations, including pre and post go-live support with key stakeholders.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for internal teams such as Implementations and Support.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, corporate policies, and ethical values.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with a diverse casemix.
• Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications.
• Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist.
• Healthcare training related experience.
• La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
• Previous experience in coding auditing, training, and education.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows and systems.
• Experience with hirify.global 360 Encompass.
