Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding)

Location: Remote in Australia, with customer-facing onsite work and up to 50% domestic travel

What you will do

• Introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on hirify.global 360 Encompass and associated Revenue Cycle products.
• Deliver live classroom, web-based, and asynchronous training using blended and adult learning concepts.
• Participate in project implementations before and after go-live with key stakeholders.
• Support internal Health Information Systems teams as a subject matter expert, mentor, and contributor.
• Contribute to corporate programs and maintain professional, quality, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Health Information Management or clinical coding experience across a diverse casemix.
• Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications.
• Eligible for full membership of the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training.
• Ability to manage multiple project streams and teams, work independently, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Clinical Documentation Specialist experience.
• Healthcare training, coding auditing, and education experience.
• La Trobe University Auditing Course or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
• Experience with hirify.global 360 Encompass.
