What you will do
- Own product design from problem framing through delivery, iteration, and outcome evaluation.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to understand customer needs, test assumptions, and improve customer and business outcomes.
- Create accessible and engaging mobile and responsive web experiences, including polished UI, user flows, prototypes, and interaction details.
- Evolve the design system to maintain a coherent experience across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers through implementation by providing specifications, design guidance, and quality reviews.
- Manage priorities, communicate progress, coordinate timelines, and use AI responsibly in the design process.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating visual craft, product thinking, collaboration, individual contribution, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience designing for native mobile platforms and responsive web, with strong knowledge of platform conventions and technical constraints.
- Practical experience with discovery, user research, and usability testing, including the ability to turn ambiguity into clear design directions.
- Excellent Figma skills, including components, variables, interactive prototyping, and design-system workflows.
- Fluent English required.

- Experience creating motion or micro-interaction studies.
- German language skills.
- Experience in fintech, regulated products, or other trust-sensitive domains.
