Senior Product Designer

Location: Remote from Poland, Armenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences across onboarding funnels and mobile app products.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize and scope roadmaps and initiatives.
• Create user research outputs, wireframes, high-fidelity visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Run iterative design experiments to improve conversion, average order value, retention, and engagement.
• Design user-centered interfaces for Apple and Android platforms in line with platform guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and Growth to deliver intuitive product experiences.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills and advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and variables.
• Strong experience using and improving existing design systems.
• Experience designing mobile applications for Apple and Android platforms and working with Marketing.
• Experience using analytics and data-driven experimentation to guide product improvements.
• Ability to interpret existing research and assumptions, design experiments, and conduct usability tests with Maze or a similar platform.
• Strong collaboration skills with an independent and proactive work style.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness sectors.
