TL;DR
Product Designer (UX/UI, AI) (Insurance SaaS): Designing intuitive insurance software experiences from discovery research through user flows, prototypes, and polished UI with an accent on AI-enhanced workflows, product strategy, and scalable design systems. Location: Remote, but must be based in the United Kingdom; quarterly in-person company meetups.

What you will do
- Conduct discovery research and synthesize findings into project requirements and scope.
- Translate complex insurance problems into simple, elegant user experiences.
- Own the end-to-end design process, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
- Use AI to improve design workflows and explore better product experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring designs to launch.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.
- High proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio showing product thinking, UX flows, and visual design.
- Strong interest in AI and experience exploring its use in design workflows or product experiences.
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise products.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints while communicating design decisions clearly.
