Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end digital product experiences, including user flows, screens, wireframes, concepts, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct lightweight user research and translate insights into intuitive, visually coherent interfaces.
• Create production-ready UI using existing design systems and guidelines.
• Prepare final design assets and specifications for engineering handover.
• Use spec-driven AI and modern AI tooling for ideation, prototyping, iteration, and production-ready assets.
• Help establish AI-enabled design practices and share methods and best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional product design experience with a focus on UI.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design craft and experience in interdisciplinary environments.
• Experience with design systems, Figma, user-centered design principles, and production-ready interface design.
• Knowledge of banking and experience in B2B or financial services.
• Strong communication, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and English proficiency.
• German is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Start-up mindset and experience working in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with the SAP Fiori design system.
