Client Experience- Program Coordinator Intern (Summer 2027 Internship) (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Housing options are available for eligible interns who are not local to the Kansas City Metro.

What you will do

• Support the development and management of internal and external programs.
• Complete program tasks, deliverables, and business process development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups and business stakeholders.
• Apply best-practice methodologies in program development and management.
• Create and maintain reporting on program performance against defined goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Rising junior status with expected bachelor's or master's graduation in December 2028 or May 2029.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule a high workload.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with program administration, development, or management.
• Experience managing financial budgets or accounting tasks.
