AI Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in-office 4 days per week. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $144,600–$198,800 per year. Bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end feature development across responsive frontend components and robust backend services.
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate delivery by defining intent and validating generated outputs.
• Own automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing with a focus on system quality and security.
• Partner with product definers to build and iterate on MVPs using data-driven customer insights.
• Contribute to modular, scalable, cost-aware system architectures ready for global implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience owning complex production systems end to end.
• Full-stack proficiency with Python, React, and cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Professional experience with AI-native programming tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Gemini CLI.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design modular architectures and understand complex software interdependencies.
• Experience with automated testing, continuous delivery, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Entrepreneurial or technical founder experience.
• Side projects or open-source contributions involving emerging AI technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of asynchronous-first collaboration and high-velocity development cycles.
