Location: Hybrid in the United States or its territories; candidates must live in the US and be able to travel periodically for in-person retreats, department events, and strategic leadership sessions.

Salary: $95,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, and test web-based and mobile software products.
• Contribute to software architecture and deliver high-quality products for the hirify.global community.
• Build and enhance .NET and Angular solutions in an Amazon Web Services and Agile environment.
• Develop AI utilities, automation scripts, system prompts, and RAG-style workflows grounded in business logic and cloud architecture.
• Audit AI-generated code for technical debt, security issues, and architectural concerns.
• Collaborate with developers and evaluate proof-of-concept solutions.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States or its territories and be able to travel periodically for in-person events.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 4–6 years of experience in software development or technical support.
• Proficiency in .NET Core 2+, C#, HTML5, CSS3, Angular 2+, Visual Studio Code, SQL queries, stored procedures, and GitHub.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for AI utilities and automation scripts.
• Familiarity with AWS services including DynamoDB, Redis, RDS, and Lambda.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks, tool-calling schemas, context-window optimization, OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, secure coding, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Nice to have

• AWS Certified Developer certification and previous AWS experience.
• Experience with the AWS .NET SDK, Angular state management or NGRX, Entity Framework, or another ORM.
• Experience with production-grade AI agents, tool-calling integrations, Google Analytics, or Jenkins.
• Passion for higher education.
