TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruitment Operations): Leading recruitment and talent sourcing teams in an onsite staffing function serving Australian and US clients with an accent on delivery performance, capacity planning, senior hiring, and leadership development. Focus on building recruitment capacity models, resolving escalations, partnering with Sales and Client Success, and maintaining quality, compliance, and client delivery standards.
Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines; work schedule is 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.

What you will do
- Lead three Recruitment Team Leads and one Talent Sourcing Team Lead across recruitment delivery.
- Own pipeline reviews, capacity planning, delivery tracking, fill rates, days to offer, and client start-date visibility.
- Partner with Sales, Account Executives, Client Success, and TA Intelligence on role fillability, salary expectations, market availability, and delivery risks.
- Personally manage Head-of-level and senior internal hiring, including intake, search strategy, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Coach recruitment leaders, develop future leaders, and support succession planning and capability-building initiatives.
- Handle complex escalations, performance reporting, compliance matters, and workforce and organisational planning with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruitment experience, including significant leadership experience.
- At least 3 years managing Team Leads or Managers and experience leading sizeable or multi-team recruitment functions.
- Professional recruitment depth in at least two core role families, with working knowledge of engineering, finance, legal, marketing, creative, customer service, or operations roles.
- Experience in offshore staffing, RPO, employer-of-record, or similar environments serving Australian or US clients.
- Experience with recruitment capacity planning, senior or confidential hiring, Sales partnership, leadership coaching, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology, sourcing platforms, ATS systems, compliance, data privacy, and candidate management processes.
