Senior Associate, Operational Excellence (Logistics)

Location: Shenzhen, China; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead operational excellence initiatives across APAC Ocean Gateway Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and collaborate with technology teams on business requirements, prioritization, and feature delivery.
• Optimize logistics processes using data to reduce cost to serve and improve operational efficiency.
• Design metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure process changes and monitor post-launch performance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across operations, account management, customs, technology, and other functions.
• Supervise, coach, and monitor associates or specialists when assigned to the team.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building relationships with business, operations, technology, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables, lead small teams, and work outside office hours when needed, including occasional weekend or night shifts in certain locations.
