Agent - Order Management

Location: Qingdao, Shandong, China

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely freight process flow for international shipments.
• Enter shipment and customer data accurately into the operating system and track Order Management files.
• Coordinate import clearance and delivery, as well as export documentation and arrival notices.
• Monitor shipment reports, workflows, KPIs, billing, and intercompany invoice payments.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
• Follow operational standards, customer procedures, government regulations, and internal compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Word; advanced data-processing capabilities are preferred.
• Relevant training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Professional, positive, and helpful approach with strong attention to compliance and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Understanding of transportation processes across ocean freight modes.
